For those of you not aware Heathrow Airport opened a new terminal this week, they did. Now anyone who has worked on a large project knows you should never go "big bang" - which is what they did. Check out this article - it shows the frustration of some flyers.

Rule of thumb - don't fly out of a new terminal in the first few weeks, and for those running the flipping project - don't subject the poor passengers to this.
