Patient progress

Peter's surgery went well yesterday. He had his ACL replaced on his left knee. Now he's home recovering and all is well. The drugs are now wearing off so I'm expecting that it'll start to hurt a lot more - they have loaded us up with drugs so that's great - if he needs them they're here.

After the snow of the other day it's now beautiful again and quite warm. We sat outside for an hour this morning - and yes, I got sunburn....:) We broke out the factor 30, but it was a bit too late.

So now, we're in recovery mode. Rach arrives on Friday so we'll get to spend the evening together and then we go home Saturday.
