Foot latest

So today I went for my chest xray - oh man, what a palava. I think I have a "screw me now" written on my head.
I get to the place, I get my butt on the seat and the fire alarm goes off. Stand around (on my sore ankle) for half hour, go back and then get the xtra. The radiologist said that I should get dressed and take a seat - which I did. After 30 mins I asked the receptionist what I was waiting for - she said the films. So I sat again. Then...when it got to 5pm (my appt was 2.45!!) she went and asked again. I was then told "I DONT' KNOW WHY YOU'RE WAITING, I TOLD YOU YOU COULD GO". I nearly flipped out, that's for sure. Anyhow.....
So here's a pic of my foot. It's hard to take a photo and get the full effect of the colourful bruise....so I will say now - this is a photo that's had a good dose of Picasa (google's free picture software...pretty good, although it's no photoshop!) so you can see the bruise. It goes all the way from the top of the ankle, to near the toes. It flipping hurts. I have to wait until Thursday before I get to see the doc. It feels weird as weird not to be exercising and at spin classes. Oh well....hopefully all will be well.

Wow! Hate to tell you this... but that's exactly what my foot looked like one month before my PEs. They don't truly know if it was the source of my PE - but that's the current consensus. MAKE sure you still stay active, very well hydrated and if there's any issue with anything - call the ER!

Yes, I'm still walking around, doing a lot of ice etc. I drink a lot of water anyway - so I'll keep doing that. It just seems to be the same, it's certainly not worse - other than the color of the bruise:) I'll keep you posted! Thanks for the info, appreciate it.
